Parking Lot and Driveway Sealcoating
- Why Should I get this done?
Seal coating your asphalt is as important as putting sunscreen on your face on a hot summers day. The sun will dry out and break down the asphalt base over time. This leads to cracks, pot holes, and an overall older looking pavement asset. Seal coating provides a protective barrier from the suns radiation that will keep your asphalt from drying out, cracking and otherwise failing prematurely. We can help determine the frequency that you need this done based on asphalt condition and the amount of traffic. Usually one application every couple years is sufficient.

- What can I expect from this process?
First and most importantly, the surface area will be cleaned and prepped. The overall longevity and quality of job is directly proportionate to the cleanliness of the surface before application so we want to be sure to get this right the first time! After that we will mask off any sensitive areas to be overly cautious of no over spray or splashes of sealer. We will then proceed to apply the sealer either by brush or spray application. Generally we like to brush residential applications and spray commercial applications as each method performs best in these confines. Cleanliness, attention to detail and applying the product in accordance with product specifications are our top priorities during the application. Once completed, within 6 hours of application you can walk on it and you'll be able to drive on it after 24 hours have passed.
