Catch Basin Repair

It is essential to keep the roadways and parking lots draining correctly.
It’s not uncommon for the asphalt around catch basins to settle, often due to inadequate compaction during drain installation. This creates puddles around the storm drain basin allowing water more time to seep in around the drain and under the asphalt.
This added water in conjunction with our climate, contributes to premature deterioration of asphalt surfaces of the surrounding drainage basin.
If not corrected, this condition will lead to a much larger, more dangerous sinkhole under the pavement.

Depending on how advanced the damage is, we will recommend to either put an overlay of new hot mix asphalt over the sunken area or replace the damaged section altogether. We will always er towards the least expensive option for our customer that gets the job done properly.
